The friend I got this account from gave it to me so they could have an escape. They get pretty bad anxiety when they think about it, so I wanted to know if that's a common theme here

Just stick with the right crowd donβt involve yourself with the wrong people and youβll be somewhat fine, safety from trolls and the likes is not a guaranteed thing so try to be somewhat weary of that.
