Sure!

First you draw your character normally, then you make another frame and then you make the oxygen tank just drawn at one side of the character. (Its like the untitled anim) after that frame, you make another frame with the character turned around. You draw the oxygen tank front facing and you copy that frame. Then, you draw a circle and you make a frame again and you paste your copied frame and you draw a weapon and you know the rest, right?
