A tiny thing moves, it has no affect whatsoever on the quality of the drawing, it simply just puts it in the animation filter. It doesn't make it look cooler it's just annoying.

The drawing looks amazing but the person adds another frame, nothing changes. Just an extra frame that puts it in the animation filter. I personally want to shred the people who do this. I just want some animations to stare at and BOOM there's a drawing where nothing changes or something tiny that does nothing to the quality of the drawing changes. I HATE it. So please, if you do this, STOP.

Oh another example, just posted. ONLY THE WRITING MOVES, it doesn't even move around the canvas, it just wiggles. It changes nothing except where it's filtered.
