oh i see. well I felt like you once: To scared to speak. You know what eventually did.

I wrote down how I felt everyday. Sounds stupid I know, but Once I did that for a while I showed the paper I wrote on to someone else (Like a close friend or just someone I really trust) Then they actually understood.

some more advice: (sorry to sound like a mom) I know someone who has recently lost there pet, They said that listening to videos and stuff about other people talking about losing there pets helped.

When I am sad I play games and watch videos to distract myself. It normally works. Until I stop and remember what I am sad about.
