Can you copy layers?

like the little panels on the side of the canvas thing, can you copy those?

wait hold on, is the copy of the layer supposed to show up, or does the lines just get thicker? I'm still learning new things about the FA canvas so I'm a bit confused how it works when I learn how to do something new.

ok. I'm just trying to do a thing where I can copy that layer I did, and then maybe zoom in and move it to make a effect kind of. How do I do that? If you can do it, that is.
