So, what's it about? Well, since Halloween is coming around soon why not host a contest about horror? If you can't tell, I love making gross hideous creatures and stuff. So anywho, the contest is about making a hideous monster. The art has to have dark and unsettling colors. You also can use some scenes from horror movies and use it as a reference for remaking or to use to create your own.

Here is an example. I did use a reference photo from the movie IT to recreate this. Shadowing and a black background may make it a bit more freaky. But you can create a background that isn't pitch black. The colors should be a bit dark but not too dark.

So the due date is October 8th. You can leave your art down below when finished. The winner gets their OC I'll draw as a monster. The second winner will get a happy birthday message because, why not? Finally, the third winner gets an apple. Alas, not a real one just some crappy drawing on an apple. ;-;

OH! I also added an update, All winners can now get all those things plus making their OC's a monster AND I'll make a ufile for those so they can have it as their own. BUT, theres a catch. The ufiles will only be around for an hour or so. Which means once an hour has passed, they're gone and you won't be able to download them.
