Sam groaned, pulling his blanket off of his head as his alarm clock blared. he huffed and turned his alarm off, moving his blanket off of his body. Sam swung his legs over the side of his bed; before slowly getting up and walking to his calendar. he crossed off the day before with his thin sharpie marker, it making a squeak as it  went across the slick paper. His ears perked up as he looked at the current date. his small tail wagged at the thought of hanging out with his friend. Sam grabbed his phone off of the night stand where it was charging; he pulled it off the charger and turned the phone on.
