Sebal is another of my favorite characters of mine. He is the leader of a cult like thing that kills people and ruins towns. This started when he realized that the authorities were corrupt when he was a little child. He gained a following and he now leads this group of anarchists. He is actually a good and precious baby boy though, he isn't a bad person if you get to know him, but he does do some less than preferable things.
