Good to see you get started! Just some tips for the near future if you're at all interested. - the highlighter tool is used to color stuff in. If you notice, lighter colors are put under darker colors, no matter how hard you try to layer it over. - the roller brush tool is used for shading and lighting. I personally use dark and light grays to shade my flat colors (lighter colors are more difficult to shade with lighter grays) That's really the main things I do on my day to day drawing...
