During the late 2000's, A massive blackout occured. During this time, a broadcast channel started airing; Frata Curia. It had spread through large states. Anybody who saw the broadcast was paralyzed and remained unable to move, less it be their eyes. Which they could only use to speak in morse code. Another thing for those who saw the broadcast, they'd recall somebody watching them, in which was the truth. As you saw from the TV, the flash image of the person outside was watching over them.
