It would take me hours, even days to point out every problem with Flipanim. It's not a terrible site, but it has major problems with cyber bullying. There's not a way I can help with the bullying here, but I am pretty happy that you can delete and report comments on anims that aren't even yours. I'm not going to complain about that. But I want to propose a feature limit. Features are meant for unpopular artists to become noticed, but more often than not, features are always by the same few popular animators, or people who don't even have accounts. I think that accounts should only get about ten features, which will definitely get them noticed enough. Flipanim should also not let people without accounts get featured. It's completely useless, and hogs up space where unpopular accounts could get the attention. Last but not least, you should delete the feature report idea.
