Okay okay.. don't slaughter me here for being honest. No, I don't think they are. Here's why. Most dont have backgrounds and are just shitpost. From what I can tell, you don't add environment background, usually just colors. No texturing or lighting/shading and no gradients. Very little animated drawings. And when they are, it's small animations, like words. I know I don't animate, but I usually add texture, lighting, somewhat detailed background, etc.
