Try tapping your fingers , petting or doing a rhythm attic motion with your hand that’s what I usually do, even in class lmao
Trust me if you get your hand used to doing a certain motion when they’re shaky they’ll follow a rhythm attic pattern resulting in them calming down, usually my hands shake for no reason, my stress levels are high as **** or I’m having a melt down, that or to much pent up energy is your situation any of those
Also I kinda wanna collaboration with you on the honey lavender meme , but I can’t save files cry “ they all delete I can only save them in my pics after there uploaded
