Yo your animations are great as they are lol, but i could give a few tips.
For backgrounds:
i simply draw it on a single frame (usually the first one.) then i'll draw the character on separate frames then copy the background. THEN i paste the background for each character frame, then copy all the character frames and paste them on the background.
For animation i like to imagine what the character is doing before animating it. I usually get tips from cartoons or tutorials. I like to imagine each frame in my mind as I draw it. I don't know how I do it but i just... Do.
ok, thnx,but, what I do is, make the background, then I copy it many times. After that, I make the character moves, but I didn't know it could work the way you just told me. Tysm :) ²
