With the sys, usually J, D, T, and R switch out every day, J and D taking most days But J has been front stuck for some reason and triggers won’t pull out other alters So now they have a really bad headache and it’s nonstop and they’re really tired since they’re not supposed to be fronting this long I love them v much and I love spending time w them but I hate seeing them in pain so we r just sadge
