You/your oc heard loud yelling coming from an alley-way..... when they go to investigate, they see Raie arguing with a small person.... they looked like a clown.... their yelling is getting out of hand! until raie sees you/your oc and he stops yelling and says "[you/your oc's name].... what are you doing here?!"
