Esregar, the Demonic Eminence of Frost, is a demon who was born along the very concept of the cold. When humanity first discovered the warmth of fire, and how it was only temporary, so came the discovery of cold. And so with that came the birth of Esregar. Though his human disguise is meek and pathetic, his true demonic form could rip an entire army to pieces without the slightest bit of effort. He doesn’t do this, however; for that is not the true way of the cold. Instead he manipulates the minds and desires of those who are ostracized by everyone else. Those who have arcane power hidden deep within them, dormant and waiting for a true calling. And he gives them that calling, the power to use ice and snow and frost as weapons, the power to serve him as his brainwashed, loyal, and soulless soldiers of the cold. His brightest and most powerful soldier, Winfrith, was by far his favorite.
