as boardwalk said, take deep breaths in exhale thru ur mouth hold and exhale out ur mouth.
don’t make fun of your problems ok, it doesn’t help in the slightest, it just makes u feel worse trust me. Can you get some nice water or ice?
hgrhg thank u soso much,, im jus so ****in,,,, out of it man. imma try throwin water on myface but GOD whenever this happen 4 a while i remember the fact that my ****ed up brain makez me think that im not real and none of this iz and whenever ppl say itz real nn that im jus cuckoo 4 cocoapuffz or w/e it kinda jus makez it worse idk ........

just know that you are real you exist and you are here. What helps me is having something heavy or weighty on my body? Do you think that would help? also sh ur brain isn’t ****ed up that’s not tru your brain is very wonderful, creative, and likes to think to fast somtimez, but we can find ways to help calm down. If that makes any sense??
