She's a sweet gal who majored in several things. She took training for being a scientist, marine biologist, and a doctor. (Which is why I think she'd fit well) she's a former sea witch that lost her inhuman appearance by a failed experiment. She still has point ears and can breathe underwater tho. She is the daughter of a well known sea witch that died when she was 17, and she took her place. Sadly, however, she lost her ability to make potions when she was banished from her homeland for turning "human". So I was thinking she moved to your kingdom :]

It's a potion that you throw at people and the effect will occur if it just touches the skin.
