LinkSo this is the same AU in this anim and you adopted three pups: Toony, Naga, and Black Diamond. After a few years, they mature a bit but are still kiddos. They love to cause mischief and messing things up and have a neighbor who HATES them. One day you told the three to go play outside. They were out there for like-three minutes before Toony bolts in, crying and looking petrified. He shakily cried: "Mom//Dad!! N-Naga's caught in a snare!"
You have to be smart with this WWYD otherwise Naga could die.

Toony followed, pointing to Naga.
BD was trying to dig out the thing that's in the ground-
Naga was choking, trying to escape.
He followed.
-the scene was harsh. Naga was choking with BD at the end of the metal-looking string, trying to dig it out.
"I-I'M TRYING!!" He barked, using his claws to dig at the dirt.
Toony tugged at the wire.
Naga continued to choke, blood starting to mark the area's around the wire on his neck.
"Ngggh!" BD tugged violently at the wire.
That choked Naga more until Naga fell over, limp.
Naga didn't move.
BD and Toony bolted over to Naga, nudging him to see if he'd wake up. "N-Naga?!" BD whined.

Toony gently nudged BD.
Naga curled into Willow's arms.
Naga whimpered softly.
BD very slowly hugged Naga.
Toony nodded and bolted to the door, unlocking it all.
He still had the same expressionless mood on his face, refusing to speak.
"They said they can have us in now." Toony gave her phone back.
He wrapped his arms around Naga protectively, his face now showing a bit of hatred and anger.
BD looked immediately terrified, hugging Naga tighter.
Naga whimpered a bit more.
-soon their names were called to go to a room that had a number-
BD growled and protectively held Naga.
BD looked horrified that he was separated from his brother. So he pulled together all his strength and jumped onto the table, shielding Naga from the doctor that came in with a hiss.
"jesus-" The doctor stepped back.
"Hey!!" Toony barked, "Play nice ù^ú "

BD spiked his fur and swatted at the doctor.
The doctor raised his head. "Could someone maybe hold him down..? I need to check up on Naga."
The doctor nodded his thanks and gently started to examine Naga.
Naga gave a few soft whimpers.
BD sat there, allowing her. But he was glaring at the doctor.

BD conitnued to glare.
The doctor sighed. "He'll be alright, just a few bandages wrapped around his neck should be fine."
"The wire will effect the sensitivity of his neck and will cause pain often. Other than that he's alright." He pet Naga softly.
BD growled, baring his teeth.
The doctor nodded.
Toony pet BD.
BD continued to glare and snarl.
"1 month seems reasonable! ^^ "
BD soon unsheathed his claws, lowering and looking like he was ready to attack.
The doctor nodded once more and left the room.
BD broke away angrily from Willow, snuggling Naga.
Naga whimpered for a second before hugging BD.
He growled more, lashing his tail.
Toony sighed. "Break it up ù^ú. Bro just wants to protect Naga!"
"Ooh! What if we did what those people on TV do?" Toony suggested happily.
BD growled at her, nibbling her hand.

Toony looked at Willow. "Will Naga be okay?"
"Oh. Okay!" He smiled and looked out the window. "What will happen to our neighbor?"
He shook his head.
Toony soon returned with like-a BUNCH of money bags in the car seats. "Will this be enough?"

"Oh. Well I teleported somewhere across the earth and got these ^w^ "
"Smart..." BD whispered, "Across the world, nobody can find us.."
He nodded and teleported them on a beach. Toony got out and swam into the water, soon coming back up. "There's a skeleton and a ship!"
"Outside! P-please!!!" He tugged at Were!Dusty's hand, yanking him towards the door.
Naga was choking with BD at the metal thing, trying to dig it out.

"N-no!! We're staying with you..!" Toony whimpered.

Toony curled up, "W-we love you...d-dad....a-and Naga didn't die!! A-as long as we have y-you we have ourselves!" He stammered.
He growled and stood, "No! I'm coming with!"

"Please! Dad, I want to help." He stood tall as a sign that he could be brave.

"No!" Toony snapped, hugging Were!Dusty's legs.
He growled back. "N-no....I just...want to help...."
BD picked up Naga and brought him inside the cave.
"I won't!" He barked, tears in his eyes as he looked up angrily. "I'll be really c-careful! I promise!!"
He sighed, thinking that Were!Dusty didn't believe in him. He let his small paws drift away from his father's legs, quietly walking inside.
Naga was completely passed out.
BD was curled up to Naga quietly.
Toony curled in the corner, his ears and tail drooping.
After a few minutes, Toony snuggled up under Were!Dusty's arms, falling asleep under them.
A few hours later, BD was outside hunting, Naga was still asleep. And Toony was still asleep as well, cuddling Were!Dusty.

BD soon came back with a couple of fresh wounds and a bunch of fresh-kill.
He glanced at Were!Dusty for a second before placing all the fresh-kill in the corner.
Toony snuggled his head into Were!Dusty's chest, a bit upset that he moved.
"Naga is doing fine. And they're not too deep." He licked the wounds, going over to Naga and gently nudging him.
Naga opened his eyes slightly and looked at BD, nuzzling him.
Naga nodded slightly.
"I caught some breakfast if you guys want some." BD curled up to Naga. "Hunters put out some beartraps and more snares."
Toony soon woke up, "How come BD can go outside but I can't?"
"You'd get caught easily, Toons." BD snuggled Naga.
Toony huffed. "Would not.."
"Dad. Come eat. Don't make me force you." BD looked at Were!Dusty.
"I'm not hungry." Naga sighed.
"Me either.." BD mewled softly.
"Same..." Toony agreed.
-they all shot up, shocked-
BD ran outside, looking around and barking angrily. "Stay inside!"
Being the biggest and strongest besides Were!Dusty, BD sniffed out the hunter who shot Dusty, jumping onto them with snarls.
"Naga watch dad!" Toony got up and ran outside.
Naga quickly propped Dusty on himself, "H-hey breath in and out.."
BD tore at the hunter, snapping at him.
Toony tripped the hunter.

"That's right..." BD panted and shoved Toony back inside the cave. "Is dad alright?"
Toony sighed.
"Passed out. But otherwise I'd say alright." Naga sighed as well.
"Stupid hunters..." Naga muttered.
BD and Toony curled up to Dusty.
At that time, Naga and BD were curled up to Dusty, but Toony was gone.
-a loud scream suddenly echoed through the forest-
Naga and BD looked up tiredly.
Toony's leg was caught in a bear trap, him being the idiot he is, he explored while everyone was asleep.
Naga and BD followed.
"It hurts!! D-dad!!!" He struggled around a lot, blood smearing against the ground.
BD backed up, terrified.
Naga held Toony still.

"It hurts!" He cried, trying desperately to wiggle away from Naga.

Toony whined, his face stained with tears. "It hurts it hurts it hurts...!!!"

He clutched onto Dusty's tail, trembling with fear.
He screamed at the sudden touch, squeezing Dusty's tail super hard.
Toony was hyperventilating, continuing to shake and nuzzle his face into Dusty's tail with cries of pain.

Someone approached Were!Dusty, looking worried. "U-uhm...I heard the yell...are you guys alright?"
Toony looked up at them as he shook into Dusty's neck, scared.
BD growled.
So did Naga.
"That's not too good.." The male tilted his head, looking at Toony. "May I pet the little guy...? Also, you have a dart in your neck-"
Toony looked at the person, quivering.
The guy squatted in front of of Toony, letting him sniff his hand. "He's cute.."
BD and Naga were still eyeing the guy.

Leo glanced at BD worriedly, "Do...you guys want to go to my house...? I'm sure it'd be a lot more comfortable."
Naga growled as well. "Like BD said, we're fine on our own."
BD's eyes swelled with slight tears as he stood, unsheathing his claws and growling. "Then why did you, huh!? Why'd you take us in?! If you suddenly died we'd be alone again. What's the difference!??"
Toony stepped up quietly, "We'd separate."
-the atmosphere grew dense and silent after that-

There BD, Naga, and Toony stood, quietly looking at Dusty until BD picked the two up, "Come on....we're leaving....he doesn't want us anymore.."
Toony whined a bit and clung to BD.
Leo couldn't believe his eyes and ears.

BD stopped Toony. "Let's go..."

Toony SNAPPED. He shoved BD away and growled angrily, "What is wrong with you!? He's done so much for us and you just want to abandon him?! What kind of family member does that!?!!?"
Naga sided with Toony. "I...want to stay with dad.."

BD was quiet, his inverted eyes just fading to black. "Fine.....we'll stay...." He looked emotionless.
Toony and Naga ran up to Dusty, jumping on him and nuzzling him with tears.
BD's expression turned to fear.
Toony somehow spawned a shield onto Dusty as he tried to heal him.
"W-wh?!" Naga curled behind the shield with the others.
BD grew angry, coming out from behind the shield and looking around.
"B-be careful!" Toony barked, continuing to heal Were!Dusty.
He tracked a scent and followed it, using what Were!Dusty (( probably- )) taught him.

He growled and waddled back to Dusty. "Are you okay, dad...?"
-the healing Toony did was weak but good enough to stop the bleeding and pain but leave wounds-
He nuzzled Dusty before hugging him tightly but being wary of the wounds. "I'm such an idiot...."
He scoffed with a smile, "Are you kidding!? Did you even see what I tried to force us kids to do?!" His smile went away, wishing Dusty would hug back.
"Just shut up and hug me..."
Toony and Naga soon joined in on the family hug.

So that was it.
The perfect family hug.
Through everything, no they were not the greatest family to ever live. But through all that they've been through, it did not matter.
They were all smiling.
Toony and Naga continued to train under BD's help, and though BD never fully forgave himself for what he had done, he loved them all to bits. He clearly tried his hardest to protect them through everything, and didn't mind the pain if it meant they were all safe.
