Oh im kinda tall i went to a lots of sport club , is swimmed , played basketball , volleybal.But for me the most effective one is swimming

Then maybe its about the genetics.. but hey you aren't entered to pubery right ?You still have some hope when you become a one never give up doing these things even tho if doesn't work at least you will be healthy ^^

Yeah but that just happends i know a lots of short people whos their father and mom are tall genetics works differently than we tought ;-;
