Karma: -she was just sitting down in the grass, trying to enjoy her day off-
Let’s make it on the edge of the forest, on the tree line ))
Karma: -she was getting tired, standing up and stretching out yawning, about to get ready to go when she saw the guy on the bench, getting a lil uncomfortable-
Karma: -she rubbed her arms, starting to back up, pretending that she didn’t see him in the first place-
Karma: -the moment she saw him, she gulped and bolted for it into the woods-
Karma: -she wasn’t all too good at running, so hiding was really her only option, crawling up a tree to hide in the leaves-
Karma: -when she saw him she jumped down onto him, pinning him to the ground and reaching to take the gun from him- “W-Who a-are you?!”
Karma: -she was shaking, taking his gun and pointing it at his head- “Y-Your name. Your real name.”
Karma: -she squinted, pushing him over on his stomach and looking through his pockets, keeping him at range despite not knowing how to use one- “R-Really?!”
Karma: -she took the pocket knife and threw it as far as she could, shakily getting off of him- “B-Back u-up!”
Karma: -her bottom lip trembled, she backed up slowly, whimpering- “W-Well I-I u-uhm of course I-I do!
Karma: -she shook her head no quickly, being clumsy as she was,,she fell back over the same root he did and fell to te ground with a thud-
Karma: -she yelped and cried out, starting to cry a bit- “W-Wait n-no”
Karma: -she just laid thee stunned, the tears running down her cheeks as she looked up at him-

Karma: -she whimpered and carefully got up, staring at the bullets in the ground-
Karma: -she stood up, crying and trying to look around and remember which way she entered. She was confused now on why she was spared, too confused to think-
Karma: -she followed his scent and emerged from the bushes, looking at him dead in the eyes- “Y-You d-didn’t…y-you di-didn’t shoot me”
Karma: -she flinched at his suggestion but quickly fell to her knees, crawling up to him- “n-no pl-please… f-finish your j-job y-you’ll..y-you’ll get hurt if you don’t right?”

Karma: -she wiped her tears from her heart shaped pupiled eyes, tilting her head and whimpering softly- “W-Well I-I’m..im a succubus..”

He resisted the urge to smile back and let go of her hand, "I, uh, well, ya know first you gotta" Markus fumbled around with the handgun before grabbing the barrel and handing over to her. "Keep it down range, finger off the trigger until you are ready to shoot, got it?"

Karma: -she nodded and aimed it at a tree, although her posture was completely off and if she shot the gun shed fall back or hurt herself. Her hands shook as she tried to aim- “W-Wow t-this is kin-kinda heavy”
"Oh god... alright, so do this, or you're going to bust your ass." He grabbed her right hand and put it farther out, letting the left are go slack. He scooted her left leg farther back and moved the right leg farther away. He pushed her back just a little forward. "All right, that should do!" He smiled at Karma before realizing what he was doing.
Karma: -she was embarrassed, being touched by a total stranger but she didn’t complain, looking back at him red faced- “O-Okay n-no-now what..?”
Karma: -she was slightly distracted by him behind her, making her more than a little nervous. When she did fire she fell back and into the dirt, the gunpowder burning her hands as she cried out of pain-

Karma: -she was teary eyed but tried to give him a smile, despite the burn goin through her bandages. She chuckled awkwardly and her hands shook at the feeling of his hands- “I-I-I’m ok-okay see? It d-doesn’t hurt anymore”

Karma: -she nodded slowly, it was comforting to be treated so kindly. She closed her hands which stung- “U-Uhm y-yes please…”

Karma: -she shot off the gun and flinched at the noise, hitting the tree but making the girl stumble a bit-
Karma: -her tail wagged at the praise and her tail wagged happily-“R-Really?!”
Karma: -she giggled a bit, she could shoot the gun with a little bit of his help and whenever someone showed her something new it was just important to her- “N-Not e-even a big ass b-barn?”
Karma: -she watched him and lowered the gun, her tail still wagging as she looked at him-
Karma: -she happily dashed over to look at her own work, smiling at it and politely handing him his gun- “T-Tha-Thank you for t-the opportunity!”
Karma: -she flinched at first but quickly turned to purring at the touch. She chuckled softly and looked up to him, fixing her now messy hair- “Hehe, I-it’s almost like y-you knew I p-picked it myself”
Karma: -she blinked and smiled awkwardly, trying to play it off despite not being as smooth as she thought she was- “W-What no-? M-Maybe you h-heard the birds o-or something-“
Karma: -she nodded quickly, her legs still a little shaky but now it was clear she was loosening up- “Y-Yeah I-I did! I-I’m happy y-you like it,,”
Karma: -she nodded but quickly crouched down to her boots, starting to untie them- “O-Okay hold on-“
Karma: -once she was done taking off her boots and tying them off to the side on the bow around her hips, she hopped up and stood looking up at him- “Re-Ready?”
Karma: -she seemed more like a puppy than a grown ass woman, happily skipping around and avoiding puddles and rocks, sometimes disappearing behind trees and showing up way ahead of him-

He wished he could be like her, no care in the world, no contracts, hell... She was his contract. His mind wandered toward his handgun, 1-2 shots? that's all it would take, and she would go down. Markus would get his pay. He shook those thoughts and kept watching Karma hop around.

Karma: -she walked beside him for the majority of the time, but then she spoke softly..usually her voice was just barely audible so speaking like this made it a bit difficult for him to hear- “I-Ill protect y-you..”

He let out a quick laugh, then frowned. He was already attached to Karma, he wasn't supposed to get attached to anybody. Karma was different though, like she had an aura that attracts anybody close enough. Maybe it was because she's a succubus, or maybe he didn't want to kill anybody anymore, and Karma might be the way out.

Karma: -she still felt horrible for changing his mind, scooting a bit closer and reaching for his gun- “N-No I-I CANT let y-you do this all alone..”
Karma: -she bit her lip and rubbed her head, unable to look at him in the eye- “I-I can’t..just..l-leave you to deal with this decision a-alone, and I-I believe that if you go on like this you’ll only g-get hurt. I’m..im a horrible p-person you know t-that…? So let me choose for you..”
Karma: -she took his hands and looked up to him, crying? Poor thing seemed like she didn’t even notice- “I do-don’t want to hurt you, but d-don’t you understand? You’ll b-be hurt a lot more with m-me around-!”
