Time to get nerdy: "Both spellings are considered correct. 'Bakugou/Bakugō' is the romaji, the more typically Japanese way of spelling it, and 'Bakugo' is the romanised English version." - from Google Basically, "U" at the end of the name is the correct way to say it because that's how its spelled in Japan. Its not that when you dont add a "u" at the end that its the wrong way to spell it, it just isn't the exactly "correct" way to spell it. (i dont even know what im saying-)
