cute! i suggest using more frames if you want it too look natural, also look at references !!

i mean like look at how other people draw flowing hair, it helps a lot!!
maybe look at how the hair moves in more professional animator’s work and not just your sister’s, it’s easier to look at more than one reference !!

this is exactly the reason i dont try to animate the hair on my ponies
