I feel like someone is going to kill me

I don’t know. I saw my dad and got scared and it felt like it wasn’t him and I thought it was someone pretending to be him so for a second I wanted to kill him before he killed me but I got scared and now I keep seeing something in my room and I’m scared of it I don’t want to look at it I don’t want it to get me

I’m not good at coping on my own all my close friends are offline and usually music calms me down bum earbuds are on the floor and I don’t wanna get out from under my blanket I can feel it staring at me from right above me I don’t wanna see it

The only thing that kinda works is drawing vent art but I’m super shaky right now (autocorrect is doing all the work so that’s why I don’t use z right now) and all that comes to mind is weird creepy images of my sona and that doesn’t help much.

Yeah that would help please but I don’t know what to talk about I’m still too panicked

Oh yeah

I listen to a lot of different stuff but usually I listen to one specific album on loop for days until I remember that other music exists and I rotate between a few select albums

I’d rather not talk about my ocs because most of their stories are made to cope and unfortunately I’m hyperfixated on one that deals with stuff that would make this whole situation worse if I thought about it
