Ok so people with adhd do not feel a lot of dopamine (happiness fancy term) and so because of r basically lake of happiness we do dumb and dangerous things because we want the dopamine and so like someone could finish their masters degree and feel really proud for hours or days but people with adhd can do that and will feel happy for like 5 mins. Which is the hardest part for me specifically (I have ADHD) but the like version of it most people know is the getting sydracted dosing off and being very hyper which is connected to the dopamine because we don't feel much of it we don't usually feel like doing things so well zone off but its also connected to the front part of ur brain so basically ur part that controls how u act we don't have a lot of control over but this is mostly personal experience. But i hoped this helped at least 1 person understand better.
