OH OH AND UM Because their wings are low enough down, when folded up they don’t crest over their shoulders, which is why they aren’t visible in the portrait, the tips of their wings are right below their shoulder blades when folded up Yes they have a rat-like tail

To be,, totally honest with you They have thicker thighs. They need to have the muscle ”density” for flight, like how anyone with a set of back wings would have a secondary set of pectoral muscles!
