I read a comment somewhere that said that bananas ripen quicker if you put pressure on it. As I'm typing this, the banana is being slapped, flicked, flipped to the other side as if I was cooking meat, etc. The banana is starting to emit the smell of banana.

Update on banana: It looked like a ripe banana, so I ate it. It tasted good. The comment wasn’t a lie.
