Kai quickly pulled his collar back up. "Its nothing! Nobody did anything!"
Kai swore under his breath and grabbed her arm "Dont worry. im fine"
The last bell rang and kai came out. some guys came up behind him and one pushed him down as they passed him. they laughed and walked away
The guys cam back and one pushed him into the dirt "Looks like your little demon freak is gone!"
"Oh look it the demon freak you hang around Kai! How can you stand being around such filth?"
Kai looked down and tried scooting away while they were distracted but one guy noticed and kicked him
They backed up bit thinking about leaving. "Ugh whatever. cya loser" They turned and hurried away
Kai layed on his stomoch on the ground "Thats cause their scared of you.."
"Awww fine.." he got up. there was a cut on his forehead and blood dripped down his face. he took a napkin out of his pocket and wiped his face. "Lets go."
"Im fine. i hardly get bullied anymore." they got to their street
"They were just some guys from my class. im not tellin names tho. ones a shapeshifter. nobody knows what he really looks like. hm? why did you say ow?"
"Oh." they got to the house. kai stopped at the sidewalk "Im gonna go check on crow and may down the street. ill be back before dark. i promise."
"Ok fine you can come. Come on!" He walked down the road to crows house
Kai knocked on the door and there was no answer. he knocked again and still no answer. kai took a key out of his pocket and opened the door
Kai came in and stopped suddenly. the kitchen floor was covered in blood.
"Im fine. i can protect myself." Kai went into the kitchen. there was a dead guy on the ground with a arm and both legs ripped off. kai went over and took the guys wallet out of his pocket. "Hmm. lets see.. name is Hebry rollans.. intresting name. he doesn have much money on him i see." kai stood up examining his credit card and ID
He didnt seem to be paying attention. the blood was all over the kitchen floor. the guys face twisted in horror "Poor guy must have been alive when she ripped off his limbs.."
kai stood looking at the corpse. The black cat appeared and went up to the dead man sniffing it. kai turned around to get a mop and the cat took a bite into the corpse
Kai grabbed the cat and cleaned up the kitchen. when he finished he found crow asleep on the couch with blood on her claws and mouth. he cleaned her claws and wipe the blood off her mouth then picked her up and carried her to her room. the cat stayed in the kitchen eating one of the dead guys fingers that kai had chopped off for it
Kai came back and locked the door. "Lets go home. its already dark."
"Shes okay. she was in her room pacing back and forth ranting about how crow was so irresponsible." He walked back
Talking could be heard downstairs. there were two diffrent voices
He cam back "Hes talking to Tia. their in the kitchen and tia awfully close to him."
He hugged karma "Alright." He went back to the couch and talked to tia
tia knocked a glass jar off of a shelf and it shattered on the floor
ia looked aound his room and spotted the locked glass cabnet in the corner.
Tia picked the lock somehow and rummaged threw the cabnet. 2 more jars fell. one broke and the other rolled across the floor and under the bed
Tia ignored karma and took out a few jars. she put them in her bag and then went back over to kai. she took his wallet out of his pocket and looked through it
"Im staying. hes got plenty of money. hell he fine if i take some money."
kai mumbled in his sleep and tia vanished. the wallet fell on the ground with a small thud
