That's fine you don't need it it will automatically use the image you put in you can add images and change the thumbnail to one of the added images once you make the character

Oh yea that okay so it only takes 100x100 pixel drawings Normally when I change it I look up a image modifier thing. Give me a moment to find the site I normally use-
