try coffee or caffeinated tea if you don't like coffee Also, go to sleep not early but at a reasonable time make sure to drink plenty of water (but don't chug it, that'll just make you feel worse) eat food or a meal that has plenty of protein (and also some greens) try to do stuff that requires low energy to complete but that needs to get done
