Linki use krita and ibispaint and flipaclip is good if you want to animate but it has a watermark without supscription
I use sketchbook pro, you need to pay for it but I think the mobile version is free. Though there are a bunch of differences between the two. On the version I have you're able to make brushes, so I just made mine be like the flipanim brushes. It's incredibly simple, and I use it often, much more often than flipanim.
I like magma as well, since being able to draw with others is nice, but it's also just a good drawing program in general.
the only thing flipanim hjas is a better animation software than sketchbook. The flipbook function for that sucks ass
