Avery is an in-home psychiatric rehabilitist? I guess would be the best way to describe her. I don't think that's a word but whatever. She doesn't function legally the same as any real world person or occupation. She's the AO's new personal psychologist because turns out the last one wasn't qualified at all :) So they're cracking down on some issues people have expressed. She's working with a lot of the agents that have PTSD from field work. But she is going more in depth and personal and annoying with Dazz. Because since the last person they had was bullshitting their way through their job it means "issues" they addressed with him are still entirely untreated. So yeah she's waifu material
