I didn't find anything but since the lines are very jagged and weird and definitely not confident at all, I think it's safe to say they did trace someone. Ask them about it and if they try to brush it off and they don't give a believable answer then don't interact with them
The two images don't have the same art style at all, it's inconsistent
It looks traced because why is the art style inconsistent? that raises a red flag, and the lines are squiggly so it's definitely traced
