Why I ship DKBK over BKDK (contains sexual references, but nothing explicit. this is my personal opinion, I'm free to have my own opinion, and so are you.) ---------------------------------------- (the second comment below(only the second) is basically just extra information, it doesn't explain why I like DKBK more than BKDK)

OK, so don't get me wrong, I love BOTH ships. I see both ships as almost basically the same. I used to refer to my ship as BKDK since that ship name is more common, and I STILL do sometimes. I think that DKBK deserves more attention (in general, not MORE than BKDK) since the pairing of Deku and Dynamight is commonly known as "bakudeku." (I prefer the ship name "Decchan" over "DekuBaku," but no one will know wtf that is, so I stick with "DKBK" :D) When I say DKBK, I'm not referring to All Might body Deku x short soft femboy Kacchan if that's what you're thinking, although I accept and love all forms of DKBK (unless its toxic). As I said, DKBK is practically the same as BKDK, except it depends on who is pining(going after the other) or what their "positions" are. To me, Bakugo could be the one pining after the other and still be a bottom, so I like to determine whose name goes first in a ship name based on "positions," not who is pining or pursuing the other.

I find DKBK more loving and wholesome. It puts the two of them at a good balance. I have seen Midoriya portrayed as feminine a lot, probably too many times. There is nothing wrong with it, but some people don't see even a morsel of masculinity in him at all, which I disagree with. Yes, he was the definition of a complete bottom at the beginning of the series, but NOW, oh boy, is this even the same character?? I think that Midoriya deserves to be seen as more badass and manly with all his development. Him topping is a great way to start >:)

Yes, Bakugo is super friggin' dominant and always trying to be the best. He doesn't give a frick about anyone and hates being looked down on. He's also very "manly" (as said by Kirishima). At least, that WAS Bakugo's character. It still overall is, but his character is MAJORLY improving. When I say DKBK is wholesome, here's what I mean. If Bakugo can bottom for Midoriya, it's like a breakthrough for his pride. It means that he sees him as an equal and trusts him and understands him now. He allows Midoriya and Midoriya only to see him when he is most vulnerable. Idk, but hearing that makes me tear up T^T Physically wise, I think that DKBK suits them better, too. I mean, Kacchan has an hourglass waist and frickin' tits ._. (this is why I'm gay /j). Also, I'm not sure if it's just me, but Deku's scars are hot and top material. So yeah, that's why :]

My cute headcanons for DKBK "activities." ---------------------------------------- Izuku isn't degrading top or anything like that. He's a service top and praises his lover as they do "it." He always makes sure he is given consent, or at least "their" kind of consent. Kacchan is embarrassed to say he wants it, but their relationship is so strong that they can understand each other with just their eyes. For their first couple of times, Kacchan was overall a pillow prince. He doesn't like showing his vulnerability and does what he can to hide his face or muffle his voice with pillows or his hands. Izuku finds it adorable but doesn't want Kacchan to feel he can't trust him. He wants him to feel comfortable and not feel the need to hide from his lover. Eventually, Kacchan overcomes this thanks to Izuku. Kacchan powerbottoms every once in a while, depending on his mood.
