Mistress Distress is a highly renowned plague doctor whose face is rumored to be the most gruesome in existence. To hide this, she almost never takes her mask off. She writes down her discoveries in her leather-bound book. She smells like the flowers she wears, and will often give flowers to her patients as gifts. Not every case of hers is successful, but like her face, she's very good at hiding disasters.
