The name, Jade, comes from my username.

I want to change my name to jade when I'm old enough.

Jade was created as an artistic persona, but has sort of become their own character.

Jade is a slime because they are genderless, and asexual like me (even though it's a different definition of the word)

I am technically not a furry because I have yet to have drawn a character that classifies as a furry. Furries are, by definition, an anthropomorphic animal, and last time I checked, Rpg slimes fall into the Protista kingdom, not the Animalia one.

Jade used to have little hair floofs that were often mistaken for ears. Now they are so obviously slime balls.

I literally just named them Jade, like, 30 minutes ago.

Mmmmmm thanku I waited for the longest time to do this. I have no motivation to do any of my other ocsssssss I am going to pretend like I'm not excited for that fan art, and instead act like I never wanted it to begin with even though when you said you were going to make me fan art too, I was super happy. :)

It's a combination of research, practice, and the planets aligning in just the right way. See, today was a good art day. Like, a really good art day. The figure sketch fit perfectly, the arms weren't too long, the legs were actually intelligible, and the feet... exist. But that won't last. Long story short, I'll be drawing stick figures by dawn.
