Some people aren't taking my rules seriously

So ima say my rules For like, the fifth time-

1) do not comment on MY or OTHERS chains, make your own darn comment 2) you dare try to guilt trip me- 3) don't mess with my friends please, i will find you 4) don't start any drama on my acc please ^^ 5) would appreciate a smaller amount of cuss words said, this acc is a mostly kid friendly acc, a couple cuss words here and there are okay tho ^^ 6) No inappropriate comments unless told to do so by one of my close friends or myself
