Something like a new oc? Anyways I was flipping thru my last yrs textbook then I saw this doodle, so I drew it. Ig she's supposed to be french or something. It's not very smooth though. Basically she's the Miss Popular in her school, cuz she looks so sweet and stuff.P.S I did not copy anybody's idea, I found it drawn in my textbook(I drew it last yr)
