i agree i think anyone can identify as anything if they want but i just don't like it when they think they're physically another gender than the one they actually are

no, there's another gender because I identify as a tree

first of all, gender refers to what the person identifies as and sex is the body they are born with. in which case if non-binary is the absence of gender, then technically yes there is only 2 gender depending on how you would see gender-fluid (either a 3rd gender or something else)
