so like last night I had a dream I tried to overdose again and I dont remember what happened I just swallowed entire bottles of pills in my kitchen in my dream and i dont know if I died or not in the dream . im like good rn, im not upset or anything it just kinda worries me a little in the back of my brain now. Initially when I woke up I was very confused rather than upset, I didn't really know what just happened

That's always a odd feeling 😭 if you feel weirded out ab it then take that minds advice and try to ignore it and don't do it, because doing that is very bad, the dream must be most likely from stress ???

that reminds me of a dream i had where my mom gave me an ibuprofen gel, and a few minutes later i stole the entire jar of them and chewed on multiple at once when she told me not to
