I just have this stupid problem with loneliness no matter how many people I am friends with and talk to and it has taken a mental and physical toll on me. ((Extreme loneliness can cause issues within your body. So can anxiety, intense heartache, and depression. For me it caused something that makes my social life more difficult to manage.))
