I know you guys are going though a lot right now but I want to help to the best to my ability since I haven't helped in a while. If you start to feel 'off' or just on edge just return to the list and breathe. Shows I recommend for grief and change -serial experiments lain (13 episodes but it teaches the importance of letting things go and just calming down even if it's just in a weird way) -A movie but perfect blue (themes of rape, murder And stalking so a tw there) things I recommend doing -starting a routine = start a calendar and start on baby steps for times and dates, its frustrating but worth it. -start a big water bottle, regular hydration is much better and helps with headaches. -clean your room and start setting outfits -just do things for yourself other then just for reactions from others. A lot of this is just common sense but its important anyways. Music though, I might start a playlist for you guys soon if I can.
