You dont have to be skinny to cosplay something, hell you dont even have to be the same race as the character to cosplay them, I havent personally seen your face, but theres not one person I've seen who doesnt look good in that hairstyle, and I've seen a lot of people with that hairstyle, you got this my dude, good luck
