theres many different types of adopts! theres fcfs, or first come first serve, which is what it sounds like. the first person to enter gets the character. nfcfs is just, the person who made the character gets to choose who to give it to out of whoever enters. then we have dtas, or draw to adopts, which are similar to nfcfs, but people have to draw the character and then the person will pick who. otas, or offer to adopts, are adopts where you can offer art, characters, or other things, but mainly other characters for one character. this is a character ota, but if i dont like anyones offers then i will decide someone to get them for free.
