the unicorn is DreamCatcher, and the Pegasus is NightWatcher. Their sisters. DreamCatcher uses her magic in the dream world and can travel from dream to dream (Like Luna), NightWatcher tags along to help guard ponies from their nightmares well her sister talks to them. How they got their cutiemarks: for a while the sisters played together in their sleep using DreamCatcher's magic. One day a friend of theirs told them about a recurring nightmare, so that night both of them went into their friend's dream to help them out. DreamCatcher consoled their friend well NightWatcher fended off the nightmare.
