I made one of my friends really upset today

She just really wants me to get therapy, but my stubborn ass doesn't want therapy

The only person i've ever really told about my insecurities was her. Why? She's one of the few people in my life who isn't an asshole.

It's not just that. My parents probably won't let me have therapy. My mom will say that "It's an act" or "You're too young to have depression" or something along those lines. My dad will just tell me to "Man Up" and to "Hide my feelings".
