This probably isn’t that bad, but my knees and legs hurt like crap when I’m sitting, playing, or standing for awhile.
I can’t even play with my friends because of this stupid issue. Sometimes I can’t sleep because I am awoken abruptly by my knees. It’s been happening for a few weeks and I don’t know why. I’m kinda scared to be honest...
maybe its shin splints? are you active cuz if you run a lot it may be shin splints it happens to us runners
