well the friend group shouldn't put all that pressure on you, leave it if that doesn't stop. you need to stand up for yourself and stand your ground, set boundaries n stuff yk? don't do things you don't wanna do

i understand it might be difficult, but you're gonna have to try, it'll get easier overtime yk?

just do your best, it doesn't have to all be at once, you can take it all slowly, you don't wanna overwhelm yourself or overwork yourself

then cry, it's genuinely better to let your emotions put than bottle them up, yeah i don't like seeing my friends cry or anything, but it does help a lot so it's better to just cry than keep those emotions inside where they'll become bigger and you'll just feel wayway worse, im here if you need anything /gen

i try to be understanding towards my friends, i know i won't be able to fully understand because im not you and i have different struggles n such, but i do care and wanna be able to help as much as i can which involves being understanding, i do care about you a lot and i hope things will get better for you

Aw, I used to feel that way.. But what you can do is just speak your truth, even if that means hurting someone or turning them down. At least you're speaking what's on your mind/ heart. Don't be too nice to everyone.. I know there's the "First impressions" thing, but after a while it will get tiring. So, like I said stick to what you want instead of focusing on other people all the time. Not saying to be selfish and just only focus solely on you, but yk just try to give yourself somee space to breathe, lol.
