sometimes you make me a bit upset but everyone does at some point.
But I wouldn't say you're flat out "annoying"
There are times where I get annoyed with/tired of your actions, but most of the time you're a cool person.
Also, emphasize the "With" in that sentence. You aren't annoying, but your actions can annoy me from time-to-time.

Yeah kinda, there are times you're annoying and get on my nerves but a lot of people get on my nerves.
